Refund Policy

At Jayde's Castle, we strive to provide the best bouncy castle rental experience for all our customers. We understand that occasionally, circumstances may require you to cancel or modify your rental, and therefore, we have implemented a refund policy to ensure fair treatment for everyone involved.
1. Cancellation for Weather Conditions:
   a. If the weather forecast predicts rain or strong winds we will still allow the booking most times the rain will fall for a few ours and then stop, customers will not be held  accountable for any rain damage.
   b. In such cases, we require 7 day notice before the scheduled rental time to be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 3- 7 business days
2. Cancellations or Modifications:
 
a. If you wish to cancel or modify your rental for any reason other than weather conditions, we understand and will process your request accordingly.
   b. For cancellation or modification requests, we require at least 14 business days notice prior to the scheduled rental time. After 14 days customers are only eligible for store credit. Customers can NOT cancel and rebook to get a cheaper price. The customer will be blocked and cannot rebook with us in the future.
3. Late Arrivals
If our drivers show up late to your event without notice the customer can get a $15 partial refund or a free castle for their next event. The customer cannot get a full refund without the consent of Damien the owner of Jayde's Castle.
 
4. Safety Concerns:
   a. If, upon arrival, our staff determines that there are safety concerns that prevent the proper setup or use of the bouncy castle, we reserve the right to cancel the rental.
   b. In such cases, a partial refund may be provided, excluding any delivery or setup fees.
Please note it is up to the owner to decides if there will be monetarily compensation or not
5. Rescheduling:
   a. If you wish to reschedule your rental for a different date or time, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
   b. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the original rental time.
Please note:
- All refund requests must be made in writing, either through email or by contacting our customer support.
- Refunds will be issued within 7-21 business days from the date the request is approved.
- Any damages caused to the bouncy castle during your rental will be assessed and may result in additional charges of $150 on the same day of the incident after the driver as inspected the castle
